Using A Charcoal Chimney
Using a Charcoal Chimney is the prefered (sic) method of lighting charcoal. The chimney uses newspaper as a starter, it's very simple to use and gives food a natural BBQ flavor without an aftertaste.
Using Starting Fluid
1. In a clean grill, place the desired amount of charcoal in a pyrimid (sic) shaped pile.
2. Follow the directions on the starting fluid bottle for the proper amount of fluid to use. Add fluid to charcoal & light.
3. Allow fluid to completely burn off charcoal (about 10-15 minutes). Add more charcoal if desired & enjoy.
